Developing the Tanuki Menu Concept 2021.
The menu is an element of the restaurant’s atmosphere, the concept of which reflects a piece of Japan.
The combination of modern graphics and vintage Japanese paper conveys a sense of touching Japanese traditions.
The hues of the menu evoke the warm season.
The colored elements symbolize the Japanese rock garden, Karesansui, which literally means “dry landscape. Such gardens are often referred to as Zen gardens.
